Information we collect

Website requests and security logs

When your browser requests a page, our hosting and security systems may process the connection address, browser and device information, requested page, referrer, time, response status, and related technical events. We use these records to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and protect the service.

Demo and contact requests

If you submit a form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, property count, areas of interest, preferred contact method, message, referring page, and campaign attribution. The demo form records a browser user agent and a rotating one-day hash derived from the connection address for abuse prevention; it does not store the raw connection address with the inquiry.

Analytics, cookies, and optional browser location

We count aggregate page requests without setting a cookie, assigning a visitor identifier, or retaining a raw IP address in that counter. If you accept optional analytics cookies, Google Analytics may receive browser, device, page-view, referrer, approximate-location, and interaction information according to your consent choice and Google's service settings.

Precise browser location is not collected merely because you visit the website. If you deliberately choose an option that requests location and grant browser permission, we may receive coordinates, accuracy, capture time, and related consent or page context to provide and measure that location feature.

How we use this information

• Deliver, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the public website.
• Respond to an inquiry through the contact method you selected and provide relevant sales or product information.
• Measure aggregate site performance and, with optional consent, understand visits and interactions in more detail.
• Prevent spam, repeated submissions, fraud, and other misuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

When we share information

We do not sell personal data. We may share the minimum information needed with hosting, security, analytics, communications, and customer-support providers that help us operate the website and respond to your request. We require service providers handling personal data for us to provide equivalent protection consistent with this notice and applicable requirements. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or service integrity.

Retention

Demo and inquiry details are kept only while needed to respond, conduct reasonable follow-up, maintain necessary business records, prevent abuse, and handle disputes or legal duties. Technical and security records are kept for periods appropriate to troubleshooting, security, and legal needs. Optional analytics retention is governed by our analytics configuration and the choices available through the provider.

Optional analytics choice

Rental AutoPilot automatically counts aggregate page requests without setting a cookie, storing a visitor identifier, or retaining the visitor's raw IP address in that counter. More detailed browser analytics runs only after optional analytics cookies are accepted.

You can reject or withdraw optional analytics using the choice above or the cookie controls shown on the site. You can deny or revoke browser location access in your browser or device settings. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security, international processing, and children

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect website information. Some providers may process information outside Indonesia; where required, we take reasonable steps to protect information processed internationally. The website is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children.
