Rental Auto Pilot provides software tools for property operations, including automation, guest messaging, reporting, and integrations with third-party providers.
3. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate billing and operational information.
- You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Third-party integrations
Features may depend on external services (for example OTAs, messaging providers, payment gateways, lock APIs, accounting tools). Availability, delays, or failures in third-party systems are outside our control.
5. Fees and billing
Paid features are billed according to your selected subscription or service plan. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your commercial agreement.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform for unlawful activities, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, or actions that disrupt service reliability or security.
7. Data and privacy
You retain ownership of your operational data. We process data to provide and improve the service in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rental Auto Pilot disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risk, or unpaid balances. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
